Replacement Policy

At HighTech, we currently serve customers in Bangladesh only. Please read our replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.

We do not offer refunds for any products purchased from our shop. If an eligible product has a confirmed hardware defect, we will provide a replacement according to the conditions below.

Laptop Replacement Policy

For laptops, customers may request replacement support within 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

A laptop will be eligible for replacement only if it has a genuine hardware defect. Change of mind, wrong purchase, software issues, physical damage, misuse, or customer-handling damage will not be accepted for replacement.

If the laptop has a confirmed hardware problem, the customer will receive a replacement product. No cash refund will be provided.

Other Product Replacement Policy

For products other than laptops, we provide a 7-day replacement guarantee from the date of purchase or delivery.

Replacement will be provided only if the product has a confirmed hardware defect. If the same product is available in stock, we will replace it after inspection and approval.

If the product is not available in stock, the customer must wait until the brand, supplier, or company provides a replacement unit. No refund will be provided in this case.

Required Items for Replacement

To request a replacement, the customer must keep and provide all original purchase items, including:

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Product box or packaging

  • Manual, warranty card, accessories, and all included items

If the receipt, box, manual, accessories, or required items are missing, replacement may not be provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

Please check your product carefully after receiving it. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can inspect the issue and take the necessary steps.

Products with physical damage, burn marks, liquid damage, broken parts, tampered warranty seals, or damage caused by misuse will not be accepted for replacement.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product ordered by the customer

  • Products without hardware defect

  • Software-related issues

  • Physical damage caused after purchase

  • Missing box, manual, receipt, accessories, or packaging

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless there is a confirmed hardware defect

Products sent or submitted without prior communication may not be accepted.

Final Decision

All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by HighTech. Replacement will only be provided if the issue is confirmed as a valid hardware defect under this policy.

No refund will be provided under any condition. Eligible products will be replaced only according to the policy above.
